My body suffers from working in a child-size environment. & I bet Gulliver got a lot of bruises from his stay at Lilliput.

准备好了，但对的人还没出现。

爱情这种事其实和时间是紧紧相连的。
没准备好时，却出现对的人。
准备好时，却没遇见对的人。
爱上一个人可能只需要短短的七秒。
意识到自己变了心也只需要短短的七秒。
当然每一个人的爱情模式都不一样，
但怎样都摆脱不了“时间”这个官卡。

The Power of 'No'

A thought suddenly struck me.

Perhaps the true self in us, the one that's not bound by the rules of the society and laws of the nation, disappeared by the age of 3.

These are what my kids say everyday

"nose, nose (pointing to the nose)"= need to clean the nose because there's mucus
"I want to shh shh/ shh shh" = need to pass urine
"en en"= need to pass motion
"t-her, you seeeeee!!"= toys got snatched
"errnnnnn!!! (+ crying)" = toys got snatched / got smacked by a friend
"some more/ I want some more" = more servings of food
"don't want/ I don't want" = anything that they don't want to do
"open, sha-t the-m" = sing the rhyme 'open, shut them'


& the rest are still not ready to verbalize their needs.

2nd Day of Work

Mum: "I see you everyday not happy at work, I heartache leh."
Me: "Hmmm?"
Mum: "Haiya, I pay the compensation for the contract la... "
Me: "Hmmm??"
Mum: "You see you so skinny already, everyday no appetite. work also not happy, last time you come home very happy. I see already heartache leh."
Me: " :) "

Oh, & my mum is 'secretly' hoping that I can change career after experiencing such disaster.


That's why I adore my Mum :)
& of course... I won't give up so easily.
